The Bed & Breakfast and Homestay Association, established in 1998, is an affiliation of seven leading bed and breakfast agencies specialising in providing accommodation in private homes for visitors to London. We continually aim to improve
the standards of bed and breakfast in our homes, and offer a wide selection of carefully chosen homes in most areas of London at a price to suit your budget.

Many of our homes have been independently assessed by VisitBritain and achieved 4-star rating, some gaining an additional Gold or Silver Award for exceptional standards or hospitality. In all our homes our main concerns are the warmth of welcome, the high standard of the accommodation and the total comfort of you the guest.

BBHA members have properties in the very centre of London in Kensington, Chelsea, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Westminster and Victoria; to the north in Paddington and up to Hampstead; to the east in Stratford; and to the west in Fulham and out to Putney and Wimbledon.
